Unrecognized Hardware Drivers

I know it’s hard to find a right driver for a computer hardware from unknown manufacturer. Most of them are made in China. Right? It’s even hard to find the manufacturer’s website.

So here, I try to list some drivers that I’ve got from purchasing. You can download them here. It’s free!

I’ll keep updating this page to add more drivers. You can also upload yours through Easy-Share.

I got this digital camera, Spectra Vertex636, from a friend. The capturing quality is good (or not bad). And it also has a video capture mode and USB webcam mode. But there’s a problem, I don’t have its driver to install for running the webcam.

I’ve tried to find the driver on Google. But there’s none of them.

When searching in Google, I saw the similar one named Rekam iLook 645. Can you help me to find the driver?

Thanks a lot!

  3. Hi heather danielle,

The 211 webcam has no audio input. You should record audio with your audio input or microphone in your computer. You must have a microphone plugged. But it has to be enabled to record first.

To enable audio recording in Windows Xp:

    1. Right click the Volume icon in the system tray of your Taskbar (bottom right)
    2. Click ‘Open Volume Control’. Volume Control window appears.
    3. Go to Option menu, and then click properties.
    4. In Properties window, check Recording radio button.
    5. Under ‘Show the following volume control’, make sure ‘Microphone’ box checked. Click OK
    6. Check the ‘Select’ check box under Microphone. Gain the volume level if needed.

You can use Windows Sound Recorder (Start > All programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder) to test your audio recording.

Hope this may may work. 😉
